St. John’s Foundation Raises $90,000 at Annual Golf Tournament
St. John’s Foundation was featured in the Rochester Business Journal’s “Seen” for securing significant funds at its annual golf tournament. The funds of $90,000 will go towards helping St. John’s Home residents.
As reported in “Seen,” the funds raised at the 36th Annual Golf Tournament will help St. John’s residents with limited financial means and provide them with haircuts, adaptive clothing, blankets, items for hobbies, and more. Contributions will also go towards the development of the physical St. John’s Dementia Resource Center, which currently operates as an online resource platform and free, in-person once-a-week caregiver respite program. More information on this project can be found here.
The winner of this year’s tournament was the Alesco Advisors group, this year’s title sponsor. On the team: Andrew Kat; St. John’s Foundation Tournament Chair Ben Kircher; Jim Goul; and Former St. John’s President and CEO Charlie Runyon. The second-place team was sponsor SWBR.
