St. John’s receives three honors in Second Annual Healthcare Digital Marketing Awards

Rochester, N.Y. — St. John’s is pleased to announce that it has received three top honors in the Second Annual Healthcare Digital Marketing Awards. Entries were received from nearly 1,000 healthcare and medical institutions across the country. Judges for the HDMAwards consisted of a national panel of healthcare marketers, creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals.

St. John’s was among only 145 institutions across the country to get a Gold Award for its work in partnership with the Verdi Group and Kenyon Digital to develop St. John’s Online Dementia Resource Center.

St. John’s received a Bronze Award for its St. John’s Home Virtual Tour, which was created by the in-house marketing team during the pandemic at a time when visitation was not permitted to the skilled nursing family. Bronze awards were awarded to a total of only 33 institutions.

The St. John’s 2020 Annual Report also received a Merit Award. This publication was produced in partnership with Tanya Space Design.

According to award contest organizers, “this year has been a challenging one due to the pandemic. Healthcare marketing professionals have put forth great efforts to present viable and useful information to the public through their websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media and social media.”

“We are honored to have our team’s work recognized at a national level,” said St. John’s Vice President of Marketing Jennifer Lesinski. “It also exemplifies the award-worthy talents of the marketing partners with whom we are privileged to work in the greater Rochester community.”

The complete listing of all of the HDMA winners, including St. John’s, can be found on the HDMA website.
