As an advisory board member, St. John’s plays a vital role in supporting the Thrive Center’s mission to accelerate innovation and technology that enhance the quality of life for older adults. The event marked an exciting new chapter for the Center, which serves as a national hub where healthcare, academia, and business leaders collaborate to advance solutions that empower aging adults and their caregivers.

St. John’s connection to the Thrive Center aligns directly with its own organizational commitment to embracing innovation in aging services—from person-centered care at St. John’s Home to the forward-looking Dementia Resource Center project underway in Rochester, New York. Through this partnership, St. John’s continues to engage with thought leaders and organizations that are shaping the future of aging through technology, design, and evidence-based practices.

“Being part of the Thrive Center community reinforces our belief that innovation and human connection must go hand in hand in redefining aging,” said Lesinski. “It’s inspiring to see what’s possible when visionary organizations like CDW, Bellarmine University, and Thrive come together to transform ideas into impact.”

The ribbon-cutting event celebrated Thrive’s refreshed space and renewed focus on fostering collaboration, testing emerging technologies, and providing educational opportunities for professionals and caregivers. For St. John’s, it underscored the importance of partnerships that help move the entire field of aging services forward—ensuring that older adults everywhere can truly embrace living at every stage of life.
