High Marks for St. John’s Enhanced Assisted Living Care Team
The Hawthorne at St. John’s Meadows offers enhanced assisted living services provided by professional nurses and resident care staff. The Hawthorne features 38 one-bedroom assisted living apartments.
According to a recent satisfaction survey, 91% of Hawthorne residents say they “have confidence in the licensed nursing staff’s knowledge and skills in medical care.”
Confidence in Nursing
The 24/7 nursing care provided to Hawthorne residents ensures that their individual and collective needs are met. “Most of our nurses have come with at least 10 years of experience,” says Registered Nurse Chris James. The Hawthorne Enhanced Assisted Living primarily utilizes LPNs to pass medication and a registered nurse is always available to provide comprehensive oversight.

Ninety-seven percent of residents feel that the licensed nursing staff at the Hawthorne respects their wishes as well as the wishes of important family members. This is compared to national results of 84%.
