St. John’s Meadows Staff Deliver Cheer, Thank First Responders

St. John’s Meadows employees pose with the Brighton Fire Department at 3100 East Avenue

Since 2015, members of the management team at St. John’s Meadows and Brickstone by St. John’s have scheduled an afternoon of deliveries as a way to thank the civil servants who provide support to independent and assisted living residents all year long.

“They just do a tremendous amount of work for us each year,” St. John’s Vice President of Senior Housing Tony Zaccaglino told WROC news at the first stop of this year’s deliveries of pizza and cookies: the Brighton Fire Department. “Taking care of our staff and residents, and helping out in any way they can, and just treating us with so much respect and we appreciate everything they do and just want to show our appreciation,” said Zaccaglino.

Zaccaglino was one of a dozen staff members to make the trip this year, which also included stops at the Brighton Police Department and Brighton Volunteer Ambulance.
