Dean Moore Shares HR Pandemic Solutions with McKnight’s

As challenges arose throughout 2020 and into 2021 related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Vice President of Work Life Dean Moore and his team worked on the fly to develop solutions as best they could. As new requirements and restrictions changed, the St. John’s human resources team put new programs and protocols in place to meet the current needs, and made adjustments as new information became available.

On the surface, these challenges appeared to be new and extraordinary.  “However, some of the business challenges COVID-19 has created are very familiar to me,” Moore told McKnight’s Long-Term Care News. “They are not unprecedented or even new; they are just common problems faced by anyone operating a manufacturing operation.”
