St. John’s Meadows hosts John Marshall High School Reunion

Over the past decade, members of the John Marshall High School Class of 1943 have gathered every year to reminisce about old times. The past few of these annual gatherings have been hosted by St. John’s Meadows, the home of 91-year old resident Virginia Belt. Ever since making the move to St. John’s Meadows, the dining services team has organized and catered the event for Belt and a handful of her classmates.

This year’s edition of the reunion will be the final formal gathering of the group. “Today everybody goes their separate ways,” Belt said. “And this was just to keep us together so we always know where we came from. That’s more than what you’ve known your own family, some of them.”
