Game Show Week Returns to St. John’s Home
In honor of Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, staff at St. John’s Home hosted Game Show Week 2.0 from June 4 – June 9. Residents teamed up with staff members from various departments to participate a variety of interactive games based on famous game shows. Contestants were challenged to use their brains and work collaboratively with teammates to win prizes.
Teams of residents and staff members participated in popular game shows like Wheel of Fortune, $100,000 Pyramid, and Family Feud. Nearly two dozen employees dressed as their favorite celebrities for several games of Hollywood Squares on Thursday. The week wrapped up on Friday with a rousing edition of The Price is Right, complete with fan favorites like Plinko and Punch-a-Bunch, and hosted by St. John’s President and CEO Charlie Runyon.
