We are committed to making meal times as home-like as possible for our residents. We have replaced the institutional dining model of traditional nursing homes with one designed to produce comfort and community.
Creating Food and Fellowship
As part of our small homes model, we created “neighborhood kitchens” and changed the way we prepare and serve meals. The extensive renovations to our dining areas and improvements to our kitchens allow each of our small homes to create its own unique dining experience, honoring our residents’ traditions and incorporating their family favorites into our menus.
Food as Healthy as it is Delicious
The health of our residents is always our number one priority. Our staff dietitians work closely with our chefs to make sure every meal is not only delicious, but also nutritious. Of course, we also pay strict attention to any dietary restrictions or requirements a resident may have.
