Skilled Nursing St. John's Home, Rochester's only Eden Alternative nursing home, provides adult day services, skilled nursing care,
rehabilitation services, hospice care, Alzheimer's care and dementia care, all within the Eden Alternative philosophy. The Green House® Project will return St. John's skilled nursing care to a peaceful home environment.
