Experience at St. John’s:  My responsibilities are to lead the development and implementation of strategic Human Resource processes to achieve our mission by developing individual and organizational capabilities. In addition, I am responsible for developing the Work Life team and its members. Finally, I lead our efforts to build a healthy culture and a safe, productive, fulfilling work environment.

Past work experience:  Prior to joining St. John's, I served as the director of Member and Community Relations (human resources) at the Gunlocke Company in Wayland, NY. I have previous experience in all facets of human resources leadership and development at Wegmans, PepsiCo, and Eastman Kodak.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. John Fisher College
  • Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Rochester

Personal life (family and hobbies):  I love spending time with my family, friends and dogs. I am passionate about traveling, hiking, scuba diving, cooking and reading.  My volunteer activities include advising HR people in job transition, being a Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish, and being a mentor for students in the Western NY Tech Academy.
