David Malgee, a Williamson N.Y. native, is a current resident of Gettysburg. He has always loved history and speaks regularly on Civil War subjects and collects artifacts related to the Battle of Gettysburg. He will speak about current developments at the Gettysburg Foundation and the National Park Service which fund battlefield preservation.
