$2,000 for Nurses (split in two installments of $1,000 each)
$1,000 for CNAs (split in two installments of $500 each)
$500 for Nurse Aides (split in two installments of $250 each)
– This bonus applies to Nurses, CNAs, and Nurse Aides. No other positions are eligible.
– A written referral from the referring employee is required (either via
a referral card available through the Human Resources Department or by written note). Specification on the candidate’s application alone is not sufficient criteria.
– Referred candidate must submit a current application dated after
February 17, 2021.
– The first payment installment will be awarded to the referring employee on the referred employee’s start date. The second payment installment will be awarded to the referring employee on the referred employee’s 6-month anniversary date only if the referred employee is still working in the same position with St. John’s. The referring employee will not be eligible for the second bonus if the referred employee leaves St. John’s.
– This program expires May 1, 2021.
