A treasured monthly tradition at the Meadows, Women's Breakfasts feature both well-known community figures and those not-so-well known, who come to share with residents a little glimpse of their personal story. October's guest speaker was not unknown to the residents, but those who regularly take part in her exercise classes held on site may have been surprised to learn of her talents in paper making and sculpture and how she came to building a succesful career as an artisan. Raphaela says "the land is always in me and my work is inspired by it." Some of that inspiration can be found in just a sampling of her work featured in this gallery. More infromation about Raphaela can be found in her online biography.
