St. John's implemented a revised GIFT CARD program on November 1, 2016. As of this date, paper certificates are no longer accepted.
These gift cards can be reloaded. As long as you have an open gift card, the purchase of any future gift cards will be added to your existing card and a notification will be sent to you indicating your new card balance and expiration date. These cards are good for 5 years from the date of issuance.
You can check your card balance and expiration date at any time by calling 1-888-303-1175. You will need your card number to access your balance. The card number is located above the magnetic strip on the back of the card.
The cards will be accepted by all St. John's Meadows Departments where purchases can be made. This includes the Briarwood Dining Room, Chestnut Court Market Café, any dining catering, St. John's Meadows and Brickstone by St. John's Guest Suites, Maintenance Services, Housekeeping Services, Roll-away bed rentals, Transportation, Gift Shop, Massage, and Salon Services. The card must be presented at the time of service. The card will be swiped and immediately returned in the Dining Room and Café. All other servicers will collect your card for processing and it will be returned to your apartment by the next business day.
No adjustments will be made to rent statements for purchases that were not applied to a gift card that was not presented at the time of purchase.
New gift cards may be purchased from the Briarwood Concierge. All newly purchased cards will be activated and delivered to the resident apartment by the next business day.
