St. John’s Receives Two Honors in Sixth Annual Healthcare Digital Marketing Awards

Rochester, N.Y. ­— St. John’s is pleased to announce that it has received two top honors in the Sixth Annual Healthcare Digital Marketing Awards. Entries were received from nearly 500 healthcare and medical institutions across the country. Judges for the HDMAwards consisted of a national panel of healthcare marketers, creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals.

St. John’s was among a select group of institutions across the country to get a Silver Award for the work of its in-house marketing team to produce an advocacy video aimed at garnering Medicaid funding from New York State Legislative Officials. The video entitled “We Cannot Leave Older Adults Behind” featured residents, staff members, and families calling for support for this critical issue.

Also the work of our in-house marketing team, one of our monthly e-newsletters with the theme of “Residents Feel Supported” received a Bronze Award.

According to award contest organizers, “Healthcare Marketing professionals have demonstrated remarkable dedication and innovation, directing their efforts towards disseminating valuable and pertinent information to the public through various channels such as websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media, and social media.”

“We are honored to have our team’s work recognized at a national level,” said St. John’s Vice President of Marketing Jennifer Lesinski. “It also exemplifies the fact that our team can compete at a national level and be considered among the top practitioners in our industry.”
