Charles K. Runyon, President and Chief Executive Officer
Charlie has been president and chief executive officer of St. John's since 2002. He previously served as executive vice president, chief operating officer and administrator. He oversees the operations and staff members across St. John's. He has been a member of the board of directors of the New York State Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (NYAHSA) and also past chair of the board of directors of the Rochester Area Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (RAHSA), the local affiliate of NYAHSA. Charlie also served on the board of the local chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

Kit has been with St. John's since 1988 and is a member of the senior executive team and an officer of St. John's corporations. She focuses on executive leadership, strategic planning, corporate goal setting and achievement. She oversees all development initiatives and serves as the corporate spokesperson.

Jim began as finance director in January of 2008, and was promoted to vice p resident in July of 2010. Jim has over 20 years experience in health care and earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from RIT in 1975. He enjoys working and serving in organizations that specialize in long-term care. He currently is the Chairman of Upstate-West Financial Managers Council which is made up of New York Association of Homes & Services for the Aging (NYAHSA) members.

Veronica, a licensed NYS administrator, has a very broad base of knowledge, including operations, government policy (both State and Federal), and regulatory issues.

Gerry joined St. John's in 1998 as Executive Director of St. John's Meadows. He previously served as Vice President of Program Development at SHC Home Health Agency in Rochester. He also served as Executive Director of the Beverwyck Retirement Community in Slingerlands, NY, which opened in 1993 as the first retirement community in the Capital District.

Kevin M. Toole is executive chef at St. John's. He is responsible for dining services both at St. John's Home and St. John's Meadows. Kevin brings more than 20 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience to St. John's. In this role, he is committed to creating a more person-centered, individualized dining experience for residents.

Robert Huff has been promoted to director of nursing (D.O.N.), taking over the position from Pat Flannery, who retired at the end of 2011. Rob joined St. John’s in 2008 as nurse manager of 6 Reservoir and served as assistant director of nursing for the past two years.
